Baker's Hut

Encased in glass and surrounded by the greens of Wood Castle, Baker’s Hut is a light-filled retreat where freshly baked treats meet some of the resort’s most beautiful views. From the pool and landscaped lawns to the mountains beyond, the setting changes gently through the day, giving every visit a different mood. At the heart of the experience is our in-house bakery, where cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, and other favourites are prepared fresh by our chefs. Custom celebration cakes can also be created on request with prior notice. With warm timber ceilings, panoramic glass walls, and a relaxed café setting, Baker’s Hut offers an inviting cafe in Jim Corbett for coffee, something freshly baked, or simply a quiet hour with the view.
