Reservation & Cancellation Policy

  • If the booking is cancelled due to Force Majeure (Acts of God, war, government regulations, civil disorder, disasters, pandemics, or any circumstances beyond the control of either party), the deposited amount will not be refunded. Guests may rebook within 6 months, subject to resort availability.
  • If guests are unable to avail their booking due to any of the following reasons, the deposited amount will not be refunded, but rebooking within 6 months is permitted, subject to availability:
    • Lockdown or travel restrictions imposed by the Government.
    • Guest’s residential area being declared a containment zone.
    • Self-assessed health risks associated with travelling (e.g., rise in COVID cases).
    • Medical emergency in the family.
    The resort shall not be liable for any associated expenses, including but not limited to RT-PCR tests and transportation.
  • Reservations can be made via email; however, confirmation will only be provided upon receipt of a minimum 50% advance payment. Room confirmation is subject to availability at the time of payment. The remaining balance must be cleared at check-in.
  • The resort reserves the right to reject bookings received from non-approved distribution channels.
  • Bookings of 5 rooms or fewer:
    • More than 30 days before check-in: No retention charges.
    • 15–30 days before check-in: 50% retention charges.
    • Less than 15 days before check-in: 100% retention charges.
  • Bookings of 5–10 rooms:
    • More than 60 days before check-in: 50% retention charges.
    • 60 days or less before check-in: 100% retention charges.
  • Bookings of more than 10 rooms:
    • More than 90 days before check-in: 50% retention charges.
    • 90 days or less before check-in: 100% retention charges.
  • No refund or claims shall be entertained for no-shows, short stays, or unavailed facilities.
  • GST is subject to change as per Government norms. The GST applicable at the time of billing shall prevail.

Safari Bookings – Terms & Conditions

  • Guests are advised to book safaris in advance to avoid availability issues closer to travel dates.
  • Safari bookings require the following information:
    • Preferred date, time (Morning/Noon), and zone.
    • Name, age, and gender of all guests.
    • Scanned copy of a valid photo ID for each guest (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving Licence, PAN Card, etc.).
    • The same identification proof must be carried during the safari.
  • Safari reservations can only be confirmed upon receipt of 100% advance payment.
  • The Corbett Tiger Reserve permits only a limited number of safaris per day. Confirmation is therefore subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Safari bookings are strictly non-transferable.
  • Cancellation policy:
    • More than 7 days before safari date: 50% refund.
    • Within 7 days of safari date: No refund.
  • In case the park is closed by authorities due to emergencies, the resort shall retain 50% of safari charges and shall not be responsible for such unforeseen circumstances.
  • All visitors must carry valid identity proof while entering the park.
  • Terms and conditions may be amended without prior notice due to government regulations or policy changes.
  • Safari costs are subject to change without prior notice.
  • A minimum of 6 seats is required for any canter safari. If the minimum requirement is not met, park authorities reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Jurisdiction: All disputes, if any, shall be resolved through an arbitrator appointed by the company within the jurisdiction of Nainital District, Uttarakhand.
